‘God’s wraith spares no mercy on children outside the gates of hell” is appearing at the new show at the Open Eye Gallery in Taos New Mexico called All Gods’ Children. The show celebrates children of all faiths. Artist reception is Friday February 4th, 5pm to 7pm.

The piece was taken in Paris in 2009 in front of Rodin’s “Gates of Hell”. What struck me at the time was the one boy among the playful indifference of children on a school field trip that seemed to be wreathing under the weight of Dante’s vision
